Refund policy

Macrame Items: Planties In A Knot will only offer an exchange or a credit note for handmade products which arrive damaged. Customer must take pictures of damaged product, damaged parcel and email them to info@plantiesinaknot.com.au along with your name and order number, within 48 hours of products arrival. 

Our macrame pieces are handmade so each item may vary slightly and the sizing is approximate.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges or credit notes for change of mind. 

Workshop Tickets:

Workshop tickets are non-refundable

•If the workshops are cancelled due to something out of our control such as lockdown then a gift voucher will be issued, to the entire value of your ticket price.

•If cancellation by the customer (you) is given with more then 96 hours notice (to the start of the event), a gift voucher will be issued, to the entire value of your ticket price.

•Cancellation by the customer (you), within 96 hours of the event date will result in you forfeiting your full ticket cost. A gift voucher of 50% of your ticket price will be given as venue costs, stock and staffing costs have already been paid.

• Outdoor workshops only - These events will be on in wet and/or weather. If the market is cancelled due to severe weather conditions then you will be refunded for the event. 

•If we cancel the workshop (indoor or outdoor) due to personal reasons then a full refund will be issued. 

•By purchasing your ticket/spot to our workshops you are agreeing with the above refund policy.
